The Works - Line Edit

In addition to character and storyline feedback, we will check your document’s structure ensuring the words, sentences, and paragraphs appropriately capture and support the author’s descriptions and ideas in a consistent, supportively ordered and grammatically sensical fashion that allows the reader to imagine the creation, flows, and tone of the story accurately, with ease, and without distractions to enjoy the author’s message.

Punctuation, further grammar, spelling, typos, vocabulary, consistency, flow, restructure, rewrite, and reorganizing, etc. edits and suggestions will be made and noted, then reviewed by the author.

If deeper editing seems necessary, such as structural content or developmental edits, such suggestions will be provided as well, including options for pricing and any deadline changes.

-Cost:

$22 /1,000 words

$20/1,000 words after 2,000 words

-Edit Rounds: 2 rounds of “editor to author” included within time frame and pricing.

-Time Expectations:

Deadlines will be set after the initial review of the manuscript.

We will check your document’s frame ensuring the words, sentences, and paragraphs appropriately capture and support the author’s descriptions and ideas in a consistent, supportively ordered, and grammatically sensical fashion that allows the reader to imagine the creation, flows, and tone of the story accurately, with ease, and without distractions to enjoy the author’s message.

We will check your document’s punctuation, spelling, grammar, mechanical consistency, and typos, ensuring a professionally polished frame for the author’s message.

Above edits will be made and noted, then reviewed by the author.

If additional editing appears necessary, such as a copyedit for longer passages of verb tense or voice edits, such suggestions will be provided as well, including options for pricing and any deadline changes.

-Cost:

$14 /1,000 words

-Edit Rounds: One editing round, editor to author, with completed edits as described above.
